About Project
Project Role: Production Assistant
On this shoot, I coordinated directly with the car dealership to ensure a smooth pickup and
return of the featured Toyota vehicle. I supported the team on-site with vehicle prep, maintained
the production schedule, and managed lunch catering. This project included two versions—one
in English and one tailored for the Spanish-speaking market.

Project Role: Production Assistant For this video project, I played a key role in the casting process by reaching out to local talent agencies to source actors based on our specific needs. I helped coordinate a casting call with over 15 actors, ensuring a smooth and organized experience for everyone involved. On the day of casting, I managed actor check-ins, coordinated arrival times, and ensured all talent had access to private holding areas stocked with craft services. I oversaw the scheduling of individual sessions with the director and production staff, making sure everything stayed on track. During the shoot, I created and distributed the call sheet, scheduled lunch, and ensured that all talent needs were met throughout the day. I also handled all purchase orders for a crew of over 30 people and was responsible for drafting contracts for the talent involved.WHY CHOOSE ME
